The first of our workshops, done on a wing and a prayer in a borrowed space and on the good faith of our tutors! We provided, sewing, painting and photography workshops that ran only over 4 weeks due to our tiny budget. Despite loosing the workshops space mid series due to a fire scare, we bolstered the local support of a pop up shop, moved everything over and the participants finished the series with some top notch professional and very moving pieces of art, photography and textiles. This was the catalyst and the confirmation we needed to continue and keep developing Make to Make, to where it is now.
