Make, Do and Mend was 7 weeks of sewing workshops held at Hillview Community Centre, St Ann’s. To expand and open up our previous workshops we can up with the theme of Make, Do, and Mend.
MAKE – New clothes. Learn how to work from paper patterns and on the stand while waking up the Coco Chanel inside of you!
DO – Your own projects. Got a pile of unfinished crafty business? Don’t we all! Bring it along and do it with good company in the DIY area.
MEND – Recycle, upcycle and love your old garments once more. Whether turning up a hem or transforming an existing garment into something completely different, see where your imagination takes you!
